Data Services for AI and Research

  • Japanese Participant Recruitment

    We recruit participants based on age, location, language, experience, occupation, and other project-specific criteria. Screening questions and qualification tests can be used to select suitable participants.

  • Speech and Dialogue Data Collection

    We collect Japanese speech data, including scripted reading, natural conversation, role-play dialogue, regional dialects, and task-based interactions.

  • Image, Video, Text, and Handwriting Collection

    We support the collection of photographs, videos, handwritten content, free-form text, survey responses, and other data created by participants under specified conditions.

  • Transcription and ELAN Annotation

    We provide human transcription for Japanese speech and video data, including time-aligned annotation using ELAN. Fillers, pauses, false starts, laughter, and unclear segments can be transcribed according to project requirements.

  • Human Evaluation for AI and LLMs

    Human evaluators compare and assess AI-generated text, images, audio, and other outputs. Evaluation criteria may include accuracy, clarity, naturalness, instruction compliance, relevance, safety, and overall preference.

  • Classification and Data Annotation

    We perform classification, labeling, comparison, sentiment assessment, impression evaluation, and other tasks that require human judgment.

Support for Confidential and Complex Projects

For projects involving personal information, confidential data, complex instructions, or extended worker training, work can be conducted at our Oita BPO Center.

The center is staffed by directly employed employees and part-time personnel, allowing us to establish a controlled operational environment based on the project’s security and quality requirements.

How We Work

  • 01 | Project Requirements

    We discuss the project objectives, participant criteria, required data, volume, quality standards, schedule, security requirements, and delivery format.

  • 02 | Workflow Design and Pilot

    We design recruitment methods, task instructions, evaluation criteria, and quality-control procedures. A small pilot can be conducted before full-scale production.

  • 03 | Recruitment and Production

    We recruit and train suitable participants or workers and manage the data collection, transcription, annotation, or evaluation process.

  • 04 | Quality Control and Delivery

    Our project directors review progress and deliverables, identify incomplete or invalid data, arrange rework when necessary, and prepare the final data in the required format.
